Terms and conditions
1. Opening an account means accepting this
Creating an account or using the platform means you accept what follows. If any of it is unacceptable to you, do not open an account and do not use the service.
2. What the service is
We supply software that executes the orders and automated instructions you configure. We are not an investment adviser and nothing in the product is financial advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset.
3. Who we can open an account for
You must be old enough to contract in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to trade digital assets there. Confirming that automated trading tools are lawful where you are is your responsibility, not ours.
4. Custody of your credentials
Your credentials and your second-factor device are yours to protect, and activity conducted through your account is treated as yours. Tell us immediately if you suspect somebody else has reached it.
5. Demo balances, deposits and withdrawals
Accounts open in demo mode against a simulated balance with no monetary value. Live trading requires a deposit, held in a segregated client account. Withdrawals go only to verified destinations and only after second-factor confirmation.
6. Risk
Digital asset trading can cost you your entire capital. Automated systems fail, can place orders you did not intend, and behave least predictably during volatility and venue outages. Demo results, backtests and simulations do not indicate future performance.
7. What you pay
Subscription fees are taken in advance for each period and are not refundable except where the law requires it. We will give at least thirty days notice before any price change.
8. The limits of our liability
So far as the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profit, or indirect or consequential damage arising from use of the service. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us over the previous twelve months.
9. Ending the arrangement
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, creates a security risk, or is used unlawfully. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated. A revised version will be posted with a new effective date, and continuing to use the service after that date means you accept it.
